Chiang Rai, the northernmost province of Thailand is about 785 kilometers north of Bangkok. Situated on the Kok River basin, Chiang Rai covers an area of approximately 11,678 square meters with an average elevation of 580 meters above sea level.

The province, which is located within the renowned Golden Triangle area where Myanmar, Laos and Thailand converge, is also known as the gateway to Myanmar, Laos and Southern China. You will meet the way of life various hill tribes; Akha, The Akha are closely related with the Hani of Yunnan province, China, the Akha-Hani complex numbers about two to three million people, but with just over 70,000 members in Thai territory.

Day 1	CHIANG MAI - LISU HILLTIRBE VILLAGE - KAREN HILLTRIBE VILLAGE.
08:30	Depart Chiangmai by local truck for 3 hours to Pai and visit local market.
12:30	Lunch at a local restaurant.
13:00	Drive to the Lisu hilltribe village. Leave our truck and start trekking towards the Karen hilltribe village for 1.5 hours. Where we will spend our first night.
17:30	Arrive the village.
18:30	Dinner and overnight at Karen hilltirbe village.

Day 2	KAREN HILLTRIBE VILLAGE - LAHU HILLTRIBE VILLAGE - LISU HILLTRIBE VILLAGE - MAE HONG SORN.
07:30	Early breakfast at the village.
08:30	Trek through the high mountain and green jungle to the Red Lahu hilltribe village.
13:00	Lunch at Lahu hilltribe village.
14:00	Continue by foot for about 1.5 hours to another Lisu hilltribe village to catch the truck.
16:00	Drive towards high way to Mae Hong Sorn for exciting rafting on Pai river, overnight at Mae Hong Sorn guest house.
17:00	Arrive Mae Hong Sorn, transfer to guest house in Mae Hong Sorn.
18:30	Dinner and overnight at guest house in Mae Hong Sorn.

Day 3	MAE HONG SORN - ELEPHANT RIDE - BOAT - LONG NECK -CHIANGMAI.
08:30	Breakfast at the guest house.
09:30	Leave Mae Hong Sorn, drive towards to elephant camp for elephant riding through the jungle 1 hr.
11:30	Continue by boat to visit the Padong Long-neck hilltribe village (Nam peing din). Then drive back to Mae Hong Sorn, visit temples in the city.
12:30	Lunch at Mae Hong Sorn restaurant. Transfer to airport for return to Chiangmai.
