A Lanna style school located in a country-side village, Just 15 minutes from the city of Chiang Mai. The school offers lessons in how to cook delicious Thai food, Thai sweets, fruit-carving and presentation. When cooking Thai food, various local spices, that enhances your health and physical well-being, are used as ingredients. It is the ideal school to learn how to cook Thai food, to preserve the traditions for generations to come.
The atmosphere surrounding the school is filled with warmth, understanding empathy and helpfulness, all representing ancient, traditional Lanna custom and culture. It is our aim to teach you how to cook delicious and sumptuous Thai food perfectly and to preserve this culinary art for future generations.

Pick up at hotel by English teacher & van to Nong Hoi local market, join shopping at market to buy fresh food for cooking (Chicken, prawn, meat, fish and vegetable) about 40 min. |

Transfer to Baan Hongnual along Chiang Mai – Lam Pang Rd. about 15 min. |

Arrive at the school in Lanna Village, Teacher explain about the place and give the uniform of chef to student. |

Washing your hand and start first menu, Prepare ingredient, then teacher introduce seasoning & kitchen utensils, and see the teacher showing cook. After that student cook by themselves that teacher help and tell them step by step during cook. Finish cook, take own food back to table for eat. |

Cook on 2nd dish about 30 min. (Prepare, cook and eat) |

Rest about 10 min. then take them walk around herb garden; they can see a lot of herb trees by properties and Thai fruit in season (Long an, Lynches, Mango, Rose Apple, Guava, Jack fruit) |

Cook on 3rd & 4th dish. (Normally curry & Thai dessert) |

Eat with steam rice, then serve Thai dessert. |

Finish half day course, All student say Thank you and Good bye. Then transfer back to hotel. |
