It has been passed on from generation to generation as a part of Thai art and culture and can also be classified by the various regions of Thailand. Chiang Mai, the former northern sovereign kingdom known as “Lanna Thai”, dates from the 13th century.

Thai cooking is influenced through the developments of history. The unique skills of the art of Thai cuisine utilize herbs, spices, and vegetables. These basic ingredients are healthy and non-toxic

Course Information

Course A	(Monday, Wednesday, Friday) - Gang Khiew Waan Gai (Green curry with chicken) - Tom Yum Goong (Hot and sour prawn soup) - Phad Thai (Thai style fried rice noodle)
Course B:	(Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) - Tom Kha Gai (Chicken and galangal in coconut cream soup) - Po Taek (Spicy seafood soup) - Phad Ga Praw Gai (Stir fried minced chicken with chilies and holy basil)
