Discover the best of Chiang Rai with this two-day package. Day one takes you to the hill tribe village of Huay Luek, then enjoy a traditional long-tailed boat ride. The second day sees White Hmong Village and famous temples like Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Dhat Jom Kitti. The tour ends at Mekong River and the Golden Triangle.

Day 1	Chiang Mai-Hmong Hilltribe Lodge (L/D)
08:30	After pick up passengers from hotel in Chiang Mai, leave Chiang Mai by Land Rover or similar to visit the hilltribe museum at Mae Rim. Then continue to the elephant camp, watch the elephants take daily baths in stream before hauling timber. You will be amazed by their strength and strategic teamwork. Also visit an orchid farm.
12:00	Lunch at local restaurant.
13:00	Proceed to Ban Nong Hoi Mai and Ban Meo Mae Ki to visit Hmong Hilltribe villages. A brief stop is made at the Royal Project where it teaches the hill people to grow vegetables and flowers. Continue to Hmong Hilltribe Lodge. Continue to Hmong Hilltribe Lodge.
19:00	BBQ dinner at the lodge followed by Hmong's cultural shows and dances. Accommodation at HMONG HILLTRIBE LODGE.

Day 2	Hmong Hilltribe Lodge-Chiang Mai (B/L)
07:00	Breakfast
08:00	Time at leisure, you can take a walk to the local village nearby or trekking to a small waterfall where the lodge gets its water supply.
13:00	Leave Lodge and drive uphill on the way to Hang Dong en route Samoeng. Lunch at a resort on the way. After lunch proceed to visit the handicraft workshops at Baan Tawai. Get insider's view of Chiang Mai craftspeople at work.
19:00	Return to Chiang Mai with transfers to hotel.
