Dedicated administrative services will be provided at
an additional cost. Non-dedicated services are provided
through the Business Centre.

Standard and wireless high-speed Internet access is
available in all meeting rooms with advance notice.
Newspapers
The English Newspaper, Bangkok Post is distributed to
guestrooms daily. Bulk delivery of other newspapers
is available for groups at an additional cost.
Meeting Room Set-up
Pads, pencils, water and mints are standard for meeting
room set-ups.
Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted including American
Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club.
Foreign Currency
Foreign currency can be exchanged for up to USD 250
per day.
Concierge Services
Our concierge staff are happy to assist with transportation,
dining, tours and a myriad other services to make a
visit to Chiang Mai both enjoyable and memorable.
Foreign Languages
All our front of desk staff are bi-lingual but for formal
interpretation and simultaneous translation we can make
arrangements for a professional service which will be
quoted upon request.
Check Cashing/Cash Advances
Check cashing is available with identification up to
USD 250 per day. Cash advances on a room account are
also permitted up to USD 250 per day.
