Throughout Chiang Mai we are renowned for our lunchtime dim sum,
fragrant delicacies presented in bamboo steamers. The evening menu
lists a variety of Chinese regional cooking styles from classic
Cantonese to the more spicy cuisine from Sichuan province with many
contemporary innovations. In keeping with the Chinese family
style meal, portions are served individually on the finest
bone china.
Fujian takes its name from the prosperous Chinese province which
is famous for its black tea. Our diners are invited to enjoy a tea
tasting during their meal, comprised of some of the best teas
from Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevis extensive tea collection.
